Application
Toffee is made from light cream, butter, sugar, sea salt, cooked almonds and other ingredients. It goes through the processes of boiling sugar, stirring, cutting into pieces, cooling and packaging. It has a firm and chewy texture with a smoky or milky flavor. Modern improved versions often add cocoa butter, vanillin and other substances to enhance the layering effect.
HANYUAN "Badam Toffee Equipment" is mainly applied in the production of toffee candy, russia purple candy,coffee candy,cinnamon oil candy, covering the cooking of caramel, mixing with nuts, forming & cooling & cutting, pillow packaging.This production line applies the Gas or Steam Planet-stirring-pot to cook the caramel, then mixing with nuts. This production line adopts strip-cutting-knives,and servo-vertical-cutting-knife to cut the slab into block-shape. Also can adopt the chocolate coating and decorating. This production line adopts turn plate packaging machine or fully automatic pillow packaging with transverse&longitudinal separating roller to achieve the fast sorting and arrangement of bars, high-speed packaging.

Characteristics
1.Melting and cooking are combined together in one electromagnetic pot, adhesive materials cook more quickly. Dry&adhesive materials will be mixed in the Single shaft horizontal mixer, mixing more evenly.
2.Badam Toffee Equipment applies the three-roll-feeding-hopper to spread the material evenly .
3.Badam Toffee Equipment adopts fan-cooling to achieve evenly.
4. Badam Toffee Equipment adopts the vertical/transverse cutting integrated cutter-head, the cutting size is accurate.
5.Badam Toffee Equipment adopts fully automatic pillow packaging adding separating rollers to fast separate and sort the bars,high-speed packaging.
